Feeling: Tired & a little nauseous

Breakfast *No picture, as I decided at lunch to take pics of my meals
1 turkey cutlet w/Mrs. Dash Steak seasoning
3 cloves garlic
1/2 stalk celery
1 mini yellow pepper
1 mini red pepper
1 mini orange pepper
1 green onion
1 handful spinach

1 whole egg & 2 egg whites – All Natural eggs to avoid antibiotics
Sea salt(from a grinder)
Garlic & Pepper(from grinder)
*Whisk together

Fried turkey first, adding garlic after 1 minute of cooking. Then added the celery. sauteed until almost done. Added green onion & spinach until wilted. Poured egg mixture over the top and stirred gently. Let cook a little stirring gently occasionally until eggs were cooked through.

Served with a tall glass of water… it was sooo good! I was so happy!

Lunch
So this was a comedy of error! I tried making two different dressings that I did NOT like! So I changed what I was doing and decided to try something else! Boy am I glad I did!

1/4 head of lettuce – chopped up and put on plate
2 slices tomato – chopped
1 radish – diced

1/2 turkey cutlet w/Mrs. Dash Steak seasoning again(extra garlic powder added)
2 stalks thin stalks of celery – cut in 1/2 lengthwise and then chopped
2 mini yellow peppers
2 mini red peppers
2 mini orange peppers
2 green onions
1 small handful spinach
Garlic & Pepper grinder over it all

Did the same as I did for breakfast, just more of it this time. When it was done cooking I scooped it over the bed of lettuce. Added 3 Tbsp of sauerkraut on top, and enjoyed! I have learned that sauerkraut is very good for fighting candida, and have also learned that I love it! Yay!

I will do WAY less radish next time as it was large and my mouth was burning by the time I was done eating! With that being said I didn’t need dressing with that as my topping! It was DELICIOUS! Sooo good!

Hi my name is Natasha, and I want carbs & sugar…. bah humbug! Yes, I am slightly grumpy. Though I was warned this would happen. With someone who has so much yeast in their system, your body craves it so that it can feed the yeast. Boy is it demanding…. blerg.

Supper… Dinner… Whatever you want to call it!
Ok, so I was so hungry by the time I had dinner! whew! But boy was I happy with what I made… I’m going to dub them Veggie Fritters(since that is what I have heard that something like this is called ;).

1 large handful spinach
1/4 Green bell pepper – chopped
2 mini yellow peppers – cut into thin strips
2 mini red peppers – cut into thin strips
1 mini orange pepper – cut into thin strips
2 green onions – chopped
1 small zucchini – peeled & shredded
1 stalk celery – chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup almond meal
1 egg
1 egg white
Mrs. Dash Steak seasoning
Garlic & Pepper grinder
Sea salt grinder

Mix together and fry. Make sure you let it fry until it has a nice crust on the side frying so that it doesn’t fall apart when you flip it!

These were sooooo good! It was mostly veggies, and made 5 nice sized fritters. I had these with 3 Tbsp of sauerkraut. Soooo good! The juice from the sauerkraut added an amazing flavor!

My mood deteriorated over the course of the afternoon… I got more and more grumpy, which then switched into more and more hungry. I ended up having a soft boiled egg with sea salt on it. Whew! That helped. I knew I would run into being grumpy and irritable, but it kind of took me by surprise at how intense it was sometimes! Doing MUCH better today!
